Booking and pricing
How do I book a chauffeur?
Use the online form on our Book Online page for an instant quote and reservation, or call us at any time and our team will book it for you.
Is the price I am quoted the final price?
Yes. Your price is agreed at booking. Optional extras such as additional stops or extended waiting time are confirmed with you before being added.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by card, and account customers can be invoiced monthly. Your booking confirmation explains how and when payment is taken.
Can I cancel or amend a booking?
Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible. Our Terms and Conditions explain the cancellation window and any charges that may apply.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially for weddings, race days and peak travel periods. We also accept same-day requests when availability allows.
Your journey
Will you track my flight?
Yes. Include your flight number when you book and we will monitor it, adjusting your pick-up time to the actual arrival time.
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
At airports your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board. For other pick-ups, they will be at your chosen address, and we send their contact details in advance.
How long will my chauffeur wait?
Airport pick-ups include complimentary waiting time. For other journeys a short grace period applies. Our Terms and Conditions give the details.
Can I make extra stops?
Yes. Add any stops when you book so that they are included in your price, or ask your chauffeur on the day.
What if I need to contact my chauffeur?
You will receive your chauffeur’s mobile number before travel, and our dispatch team is always available on the phone numbers on our Contact page.
Vehicles and safety
Which vehicles do you have?
Mercedes S-Class, Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes Vito, Mercedes V-Class, Range Rover SUV 4x4 and our Green Class electric and hybrid vehicles.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Our chauffeurs and vehicles are licensed and insured for private hire, and our chauffeurs are professionally vetted.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, infant, child and booster seats are available on request. Tell us the age and number of children when you book.
Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi and chargers?
Yes. Every vehicle offers Wi-Fi, charging points and complimentary bottled water.
